Katrina Brown, Vice President/Director of Property Management. Ms. Katrina Brown has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Brown went from managing 420 units to over 1,800 units as the Regional Property Manager for LTD Management. Ms. Brown’s current responsibilities include the overall management of the day to day operations for D&F/LTD’s residential portfolio which consists of approximately 2,000 units of tax credit, project-based and tenant-based voucher Section 8 housing.
Ms. Brown also works with Federal, State and local agencies, lenders, investors and syndicators to ensure full regulatory compliance for the portfolio, including LIHTC/SLIHC/HOME/HUD/FHLB, etc., while also overseeing and managing all management staff.
Ms. Brown’s credentials include the following certifications: Quadel’s Tax Credit Compliance Systems (TaCCs) and Assisted Housing Manager, National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) Blended Occupancy, Spectrum’s Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P), Fair Housing Training and Affordable Housing Training & Consulting. Ms. Brown’s specialties include, but are not limited to, the Section 8 Project Based and Vouchers programs, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Affordable Senior Housing and HOME programs.
